What I Learned from 7 days in Japan

One who chases after two hares won’t catch even one.

If we lose focus and try to tackle too many things, we end up winning at none. It’s often better to dive very deep into one area or pursuit than to go wide and shallow in many.

Mastery takes the total effort of your: heart, mind, and soul working together.

As Steven Pressfield put it, “our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it.”
